In GlobalScout open "Settings / Tracks & POIs / your file name / Points", now use "Edit" from the upper right corner, a toolbar will appear with an action menu icon in the lower left corner, tap this icon and select "Select All", tap the action menu icon again and this time you will see more choices, choose "Visibility ON" (it might take a couple of seconds to change all those flags).
