The easiest way is probably to "touch" your waypoint on the map. Now hit the little blue button on the right side of the appearing box. A new screen will slide in, showing the details of the waypoint, scroll down a little and use the "Route to Point" button.

As an alternative, open "Settings / Waypoints / Your waypoint" and again you will see the detail screen for this WP.
